About the Goonies

I liked the Goonies because for one I had never seen it before, and it was more entertaining because the main characters were kids instead of adults. In the beginning, a group of friends living in the Goon Docks face foreclosure and don’t have the money to fix it. When they find a spanish map, the kids decide to go on an adventure for money to help their parents pay for their house. Mikey became the leader for the group, and he was determined to find One-Eyed Willie. The large underground cave seemed to go on forever, there were booby traps, hidden tunnels, and even a large ship under ground. This kept the movie interesting because there was never a dull moment in the show. My favorite part was when Chuck got caught and started confessing all the bad things he had done since he was little. The short names and nick-names of all the characters made it easier for me to keep track of who was who because some of their names kind of described them. I would watch this again. :)
