March of the Penguins
If you were asked to write down everything you know about penguins, what would you write? That they're cute, live in the one cold place...the one without Santa Claus, and in Happy Feet they dance? Yet there are so many things that people don't really know about them, March of the Penguins shows us the hardships they face in order to bring new life to this world. Mile after mile they walk to the breeding ground to find their mate and lay their egg. This film documents the live or death struggles that penguins face throughout this process, from starvation to the bitter cold winter.

A agree, when you first think of penguins I don't imagine all the hard things they have to go through. I try to block out the seals that try to eat them, the baby penguins that die along the journey, and the father or mother penguins that have to abandon their baby to survive. I learned a lot through watching this documentary.
ReplyDeleteI appreciate the questions asked in this critique and I think they really bring it to the light the struggle of the penguins
