JAW$

     Jaws has always been a classic, so it wasn't surprising when I heard that we were going to watch it. Jaws is a film in the horror genre because there is some parts where things just pop out at you out of nowhere which makes some people jump and scared. There was also some scenes with shark attacks and blood was going everywhere which is always nice in horror films. Jaws is a little cheesy but it's a great film for the time that it came out. When Jaws came out, people wanted some more and there was a demand for shark attack movies during that time. Steve is a genius for creating movies like this, he has always been a really great director and Jaws was definitely one, if not his biggest film sequel. Most people are very afraid of the ocean and sharks because they don't really know about those things. That's another concept that makes this film a horror. If people are already scared of sharks, why not make a film about shark attacks? People were thrilled with the Jaw films, and people still watch them till this day. Jaws was a great movie and it will always be a classic, I recommend everyone to watch at least once in their lifetime. 9/10
