The JaZZ singer

     This movie has a big message about tradition to be decoded.  I believe that the movie is saying there is always time for tradition, the jazz singer never forgets his prayers.  However the movie is also saying that these traditions shouldn't be what gets in the way between you and the things you love.  Tradition is something to fill a hole inside, not to weigh you down so much that you can't progress.  I believe that as far as message is concerned this movie was very good at saying what it had to say while using few words.  Due to the musical nature of this film, along with great expression I was always caught up with the story and never felt a lack of plot knowledge.  This film receives 10 out of 10 runaways.
