There are positives and negatives of this movie. In one respect it is beautifully filmed and they were able to capture some breathtaking moments on film. The penguins life span is so amazing and these animals strive through so much to ensure the continuation of their species. The more I watch the penguins they become more human too me. A mother and father who will stand out in the cold to protect their babies. This is why I don't really like some parts of this movie. You grow to love each and every penguin and admire their stories, and we are forced to see them die and no make it even after all they have been through. I know that it is part of life to die but it's just so hard for me to watch. I love animals so much and it's so heartbreaking to see a baby penguin die. I do think it's a beautiful movie and enjoyed watching it.
I cannot believe how much the penguins are able to overcome. I found myself thinking it's a miracle that any of them survived and were able to come back when they are full grown. They are truly amazing creatures.
The film does really capture the penguins life spend, life is about death and life there is happiness and sadness,
