March of the Penguins follows the breeding season of a group of emperor penguins as they decide to surface. This film takes a look at the aspects of life and death. The real message that this film presented to me was that with life comes death and vise versa. Morgan Freeman does an excellent job of commentating this film as the penguins march across their ice. During this film there are spaces of momentary boredom, but the film makes up for it by presenting emotional aspects of penguins. These penguins are very adorable, and their life is harsh but they seem to make it work. I give this film 8 newborn baby penguins out of 10.
